unit 10 Problem and Solution

Today was the last day of course. Teacher reviewed about Problem Markers and Solution Markers in unit 10:"Problem and Solution". And she gave corrective feedback the exercise to us. After that, she checked our weblog and suggested corrective of each person.
Not long later, she repatriatd our works of Writing for Communication 1 course. Last, my classmates presented how to make food. I enjoyed this learning.

Unit 10 Problem and Solution

Teacher responded exercise from last unit. Then We learned unit 10:“Problem and Solution” is a pattern of organization where information in a passage is expressed as a dilemma or concerning issue and something that was, can be, or should be done to remedy this issue.
I learned The Language of Problem-solution is a list of problem-solution markers. Teacher recounted about learning in the past that difficulties. After that she assigned to us do the exercise by group. I did not understand this unit.

Unit 9 Exemplification

Teacher responded exercise from last unit. Then We learned unit 9:“Exemplification” about Exemplification writing uses specific, vivid example for the purpose of adding more information to explain, persuade, define, or illustrate a general idea. I learned about used abbreviations and transitions in exemplification text and complete the diagram. Then highlight the Exemplification Markers. When I observe Exemplification Markers of text it made me understand text. Today I enjoyed this learning.

Unit 7 Definition & Unit 8 Classification

Today we learned about Definition and Classification. There strategies will help you categorize and understand texts that contain technical terms, definition, and classification. Discourse markers of definition and classification will help you identify both technical terms their meanings and general concepts. We made exercise I thing not difficult because can observe that discourse marker. Before lunch my group presented how to make jelly.
confused a little this lesson, but I enjoyed this learning.

Unit 6 Cause and Effect

Today we came compensated to learning time of Dr.Usa Noytim. We learned unit 6:“Cause and Effect” is used to show how the facts or concepts result due to other facts, events or concepts.
Words that signal this type of text structure are because, since, therefore, if…then, as a result of, thus, and hence. A graphic organizer may be used to represent the relationship between the cause and effects. After that, I learned discourse markers of cause and effect. She told students to made worksheet. Next, we presented role play about narrative. I think different and confused but I will try.

Mid-term test

Today we had the midterm test about recount, narrative, descriptive and procedure. The exam is rather easy, but we must understand it.
 Then I learned about differences between the languages of men and women, men and women have problems in conversing with each other because they are raised to see the world in different ways.
We checked exercise together with edit. Teacher told students to circle discourse markers of similarities and differences. I enjoyed this learning.

Unit 5 Comparison and Contrast

Today we tested about recount, narrative,and descriptive. I thought it is not difficult exam, but it was a lot. 
After that, I learned “Comparison and Contrast” continued from last week. I wrote similarities and differences between Hurricane Andrew and Hurricane Katrina. Next, 

I read Men and Women: Do They Speak the Same Language. Teacher read and explained material gave us. Before time is up, my friends presented about role play. I felt it is difficult but I will try.
